3️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We will do a 1-to-1 exchange for affected products.
4️⃣ Exchanges

For defective or damaged products, we will replace the item at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
