📜 Return & Refund Policy

1️⃣ General Policy

  • We strive to deliver high-quality corporate gifts that meet your expectations.

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.


2️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Items damaged during transit

    • Incorrect items delivered

    • Manufacturing defects

  • Customized or personalized items (with logos, names, or special prints) are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of:

    • Printing errors caused by us

    • Product defects before customization

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, in original packaging

    • Returned with all accessories (if any)


3️⃣ Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • We will do a 1-to-1 exchange for affected products.

4️⃣ Exchanges

  • For defective or damaged products, we will replace the item at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.


5️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized products (unless defective)

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., food-based gifts)


6️⃣ Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns:

    • If the error is ours (wrong item, defect), return shipping is free.

    • For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


7️⃣ How to Request a Return

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product (if damaged/defective)

  2. Our team will review and provide instructions within 3-4 business days.
